How to build e-mobility in local governments.

Electromobility is a topic that all of Poland lives on. The mission of the Polish Association of Electromobility is to get information about low-emission transport to various parts of our country. Recently, we were in a beautiful commune of Złotów in the Zacisze hotel. During the meeting of the sub regions of the Wielkopolska Province, the director of PSEM gave a lecture on "How to build e-mobility in local governments".
The Association of the Wielkopolska Center for Education and Local Government Studies (WOKiSS) was founded in June 1990. It is the oldest and largest self-government association in Poland. Currently, it has 271 local units: 241 municipalities from the following provinces: Wielkopolskie, Lubuskie, Dolnośląskie, Łódzkie and Zachodniopomorskie, as well as 30 Wielkopolska districts.
The aim of the Association is: Supporting the idea of local government and assistance in increasing the efficiency of local government units in the implementation of public tasks, in particular through:
Educational and counseling as well as information and publishing activities addressed to persons acting for the benefit of local government units, such as:
• persons holding functions in the bodies of local government units,
• persons holding functions in the bodies of municipal auxiliary units,
• people employed in local government administration.
Support for local government units in the implementation of modern management tools.
Support for local government units when introducing modern IT solutions supporting management.
